1. Services

Snappy Listings offers professional real estate photography, videography, aerial imaging, and virtual tour services. Specific details regarding property access, delivery timelines, and media deliverables will be outlined in your individual project agreement or booking confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

Payment requirements will be detailed in your project agreement or at the time of booking. A deposit or full upfront payment may be required to secure your scheduled shoot date. For invoiced services, full payment is due upon delivery of the media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional fees or the suspension of active listings.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is “shoot-ready” at the scheduled time. This includes cleaning, staging, and ensuring all necessary access (keys, gate codes, etc.) is provided. Delays or the inability to access the property may result in rescheduling fees and affect final delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All media produced by Snappy Listings remains the property of the company until payment has been received in full. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for the marketing of the specific property listed. Snappy Listings retains the right to use all media for promotional and portfolio purposes.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your booking agreement (typically 24–48 hours). Refunds or credits, if applicable, will depend on the notice provided and the extent of travel or preparation already undertaken.

6. Liability

Snappy Listings is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, equipment failures, or technical disruptions from third-party hosting platforms (such as Matterport or MLS).

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting client and homeowner confidentiality. Personal project information and sensitive property details will not be shared with outside parties without your prior written consent, except as required for the fulfillment of the services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved according to those laws.
